ReplyRadar is an intelligent email follow-up assistant that operates directly from your CC line. We built it because remembering who to follow up with—and writing the nudge yourself—is a tedious distraction from real work.

Onboarding onto ReplyRadar takes less than a minute.

1. Create an account: Sign up with the primary email address you use for sending professional emails (e.g., your Google Workspace or Outlook address).
2. Verify your email: For security, we must verify you own the email address you are sending from before we accept drafts from it.
3. Configure your defaults: In your settings tab, set your default follow-up interval (e.g., "Wait 2 days before the first follow-up").

Once those three steps are done, you are ready to send your first tracked email.

ReplyRadar works implicitly through the email protocol. You do not need to log into our dashboard to initiate tracking.

ReplyRadar employs a strict state machine to handle thread lifecycles safely.

• Monitoring: The email has been received. Our cron job is ticking down the clock.
• Requires Review: The interval has passed. The AI has drafted the follow-up. It is waiting for you to click "Approve" in your dashboard.
• Queued / Sending: You approved the draft. It is being passed to Resend for delivery.
• Sequence Paused (Replied): We detected a reply on the thread. All future drafts are aborted.
• Bounced: The email hard-bounced. The sequence is cancelled.

We use the Gemini 2.5 Flash API for drafting. It is instructed to read the thread history and output 1-3 sentences that match your tone. We enforce a "polite but concise" default prompt so you never sound like an automated marketing bot.

Your dashboard is your central command center. From here, you can:

• View Active Threads: See exactly when the next follow-up is scheduled.
• Edit Drafts: Before approving, click "Edit" to tweak the AI's words. Editing drafts is free and doesn't use AI credits.
• Approve Drafts: Click "Approve" to authorize sending the email via our verified Resend domain.
• Cancel Sequences: If you spoke to the person on the phone, simply hit "Cancel Thread" to stop monitoring entirely.

Multi-Stage Cadences

In your settings, you can configure up to 3 follow-up stages. For example:
• Step 1: Wait 2 Days
• Step 2: Wait 4 Days
• Step 3: Wait 7 Days
Once Step 1 is approved and sent, the timer resets and begins counting down for Step 2.

Agent Profiles

You don't have to settle for a generic tone. In your settings, add custom instructions. E.g., "I work in enterprise legal. Keep all follow-ups formal and end with 'Best regards, [My Name]'." The Gemini model will incorporate these rules into every generated draft.

We take your inbox privacy exceptionally seriously.

• No Over-Permissions: We never ask for "Read/Write" access to your entire inbox via Google OAuth. We can only see the emails you explicitly CC us on.
• Zero AI Training: We have enterprise agreements that prevent your email payloads from being used to train foundation models.
• Data Deletion: You can purge your entire account and all associated email bodies at any time from the dashboard via a cascade hard delete.
• Secure Infrastructure: Built on Supabase with row-level security (RLS), meaning external requests cannot read your data. Passwords and sessions use standard AES/TLS encryption.
